Sung Kim is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Servane Cross, Inc.  He has nearly 15 years of HR experience with emphasis on Recruitment and Retention.  Throughout his career, Sung has held leadership roles with highly respected organizations including Mercy Medical Center Redding (CHW), The Bank of New York, The Port Authority of NY & NJ Police Department, and Coopers & Lybrand (now PWC).  His ability to make sound decisions, emphasize client-focused service and introduce innovative recruiting programs has been recognized by his colleagues in the industry.

Sung holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from The City College of New York and is finishing his MS in Organizational Leadership from National University.  He is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), National Association of Health Care Recruiters (NAHCR), and the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration (ASHHRA).  Sung has also earned specialized certification as a Certified Diversity Recruiter, Certified Internet Recruiter, and Advanced Certified Internet Recruiter along with his HRPD certification in Human Resources.

Sung serves as a Board Member and Personnel Committee Chairman for the United Way of Northern California for which he has received numerous citations and awards, is an active board member/deacon of his church and plays the saxophone and piano. Being from New York, he is still an avid NY Yankee fan.  Sung resides in Redding, CA with his wife JiWon and daughters Christall and Norah.
