Stephen DuFaux is the Founder of the National Staffing & Recruiting Industry Association. The organization started in 2008 on LinkedIn, and has quickly grown as a social networking group of nearly 2500 staffing and recruiting professionals. The mission of the group: "To serve as an advocate to the Staffing & Recruitment industry- facilitating enhanced communication and strengthening the commitment of its networked members to work towards improving the reputation of the services they provide."

Through its recent partnership with the Recruiters Guild, its Board of Governors and its members, NSRIA has further defined its vision and objectives to focus its networked contributions towards "making a difference" on improving the overall current reputation of recruiters. Additionally, to introduce and propose modified "report-to" structures within the corporate environment, and to alter the somewhat negative perceptions about recruiting and the recruiting industry as a collective.

As a passionate advocate of the staffing & recruitment industry for nearly 12 years, Stephen has held an RVP/Director position with Snelling Staffing, has led a national division of Sales and Recruitment teams for Medical Staffing Network, and began his career in the industry as a multi-unit manager with Tandem Staffing/Outsource International.

Membership and participation with several industry related organizations such as Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), the American Staffing Associations (ASA), and the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS) has enabled him to remain well informed of the economic changes and professional challenges to the industry over the past few years.

He resides in a suburb of Chicago, IL with his fiancé Kris Henderson.
