Mary is the Chief Financial Officer for Front Porch in Burbank, California, a senior living and affordable housing organization. Front Porch and its affiliated organizations serve over 6,000 residents and have over $160M in revenues, over $500M in assets, and 2,200 employees. Prior to joining Front Porch in 2006, Mary spent 20 years with Mars, Incorporated, a $23 billion privately held consumer goods manufacturer with brands such as Snickers, Pedigree, and Uncle Ben's. Mary held a number of senior financial roles at Mars, including Division CFO for two Mars divisions, and also held executive roles in Supply Chain, General Management/Sales & Marketing, and Procurement.

Mary began her career with Deloitte Touche in the audit department and spent four years in public accounting, including one year with Laventhol & Horwath. After leaving public accounting in 1984, Mary directed the SEC reporting and Internal Audit functions for a publicly-held geophysical company in Houston, Texas.

Mary has an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama, and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Houston. She is a CPA and a Certified Internal Auditor.
