Jojuane Porter, joined Johnson Controls in February 2008, as Manager, Talent Acquisition. In this position, he is responsible for leading a talent acquisition organization for a Fortune 50, global multi-industrial company.

Prior to joining Johnson Controls, Jojuane worked with Kohl's Department Stores for nearly six years in a number of talent acquisition leadership roles.

He received his Bachelor of Arts, in African Studies and Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Jojuane is an active member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated, Past Board Member, Hispanic Professionals of Greater Milwaukee and is actively involved with the Arts and other social/civic activities.

Jojuane, resides in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with his wife and son, and enjoys traveling and is a foodie.
