Heidi Berkley began her career in Human Resource as an HR Specialist in 2001 after completing her Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Prior to that, she has held various leadership roles within operations management and customer service where she was responsible for leading full-time and part-time staff members. Her responsibilities centered upon motivating and leading employees, training and development, performance management, accountability, project management, auditing, safety compliance and succession planning.


Through her knowledge and experience she has become a trusted advisor in helping field leaders achieve their hiring and retention objectives. In addition, Heidi been instrumental in helping companies meet and exceed affirmative action and diversity initiatives. Moreover, she has consulted with leaders (Executive, field, regional, district and division) in the following areas: recruitment strategy, interview and selection processes; pre-employment assessments; sourcing; new hire orientation and on-boarding; retention; recognition and reward programs; succession planning; recruitment leadership programs; college recruitment, employer branding; upgrades to careers website and developing and facilitating training for field leaders.

Finally, she has been recognized for dramatically improving operation productivity and efficiency, and creating and implementing talent management strategies which have dramatically improved the quality of hires, bench strength, retention, and cost associated with high turnover.

In her spare time, Heidi is actively involved in volunteer activities. She currently serves as a Account Director with the Taproot Foundation and she serves as a Board Member on a Career Center Steering Committee.

Heidi recently launched EXALT Hiring Solutions a HR Consulting Firm - specializing in integrated workforce solutions. The company helps small to mid-sized organizations build strong workforces by supporting them align their business with the critical talent they need to achieve workforce success.
