The Recruiter's Guild is dedicated to becoming the foremost advocate for recruiting professionals.
We are committed to:

• Building stronger more collaborative relationships within our industry and helping other recruiting professionals whenever possible.
• Striving to establish the recruiting profession as its own profession and not as a subset of another discipline.
• Working to create more VP level and above recruiting roles within corporations.
• Working towards creating universal standards and metrics for the recruiting profession.
• Working to develop federal legislation that supports our industry.
• Creating more accurate selection tools.
